Booking Online FAQ
- Why do you want my credit card details?
- We collect your credit card details only to secure your booking. Your credit card will not be charged until the job is completed, either one day prior or on the day of travel. You have the option to pay on board with cash or any major credit card. However, payments made by card will have a 2.2% surcharge.
- Are there any hidden fees and charges?
- To avoid any additional fees and charges, such as late fees of $5 min, please make sure that your group is ready to depart 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Read our Terms and condition for more information.
- Can I cancel on the day?
- Please note that if you cancel your booking one day prior to the departure date and time, you will be charged 50% of the fare. For cancellations made on the same day of travel, you will be charged the full fare. The fare is calculated based on the number of passengers booked for the trip or the actual number of passengers who travel, whichever is greater.
- Can I bring extra passengers?
- Please ensure that you finalise the number of passengers and booking details at least two days prior to your travel date. In case of any cancellations, kindly send an email and wait for an acknowledgement from White Water Taxi. Please be advised that White Water Taxi holds the right to charge your credit card account, if necessary.
- What if I want to come back later?
- Varying surcharges are applicable for bookings outside of normal water taxi trading hours, which are from 09:00am to 10:30pm. The surcharge amount will be shown in the final quote. If you need to change the departure time or make a return booking on the same day of travel, please give us at least 30 to 45 minutes' notice. Please note that any changes are subject to availability on the day. Thank you.
- How long will it take to get a confirmation?
- Kindly allow up to 24 hours for confirmation of your booking.
